SoCalREN is recognized as a Leader of the Pack in Energy Efficiency Programs!
Each year, the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE) recognizes outstanding utility-funded energy efficiency programs with its Leaders of the Pack awards. Programs can be recognized in ten different categories. With nearly 100 submissions from across the country, only 11 programs are recognized for their long-term objectives, interim metrics to track progress, marketing strategies, performance evaluations, and community engagement, particularly in historically underserved communities.
SoCalREN is honored to receive an award specifically for the Public Sector Energy Efficiency Project Delivery Program, in the Joint Utility and Government category! Read the full press release at ACEEE.org.
SoCalREN’s Project Delivery Program serves cities, counties, water agencies, tribes, higher education, school districts, and other public agencies across 13 counties in Southern California. SoCalREN provides technical assistance and general project management support to identify and implement energy efficiency cost saving measures. SoCalREN tailors our services based on the agencies’ needs and gaps. We are proud of the wide variety of services we offer and our emphasis on supporting underserved communities.
