The SoCalREN Hard-to-Reach Commercial Direct Install (HTR CDI) Program provides no cost energy efficiency upgrades to small businesses in hard-to-reach communities throughout the SoCalREN territory. Designed to remove financial and logistical barriers, the program offers direct installation of energy-saving equipment such as lighting, water heating and more, —helping participants lower their energy bills, improve comfort, and better their community.

How It Works:
- Meet your Energy Advisor (through the SoCalREN Business Energy Advisor Program)
- Receive a Site Energy Assessment
- SoCalREN Team prepares a personalized project proposal that includes your equipment upgrades and projected savings
- Review your project proposal and sign program documents
- Project begins! (Permitting, scheduling, and installation)
